Mouth Care

Plaque build-up, caused by bacteria left in the mouth, can lead to tooth decay and gum disease. Daily mouth care is one of the simplest steps you can take to maintain healthy teeth and gums at any age.

  • Brush your teeth at least twice a day - in the morning after breakfast and especially in the evening before bedtime
  • Floss daily to remove plaque between teeth and below the gum line
  • Use a fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride protects teeth from decay by strengthening the outer layer of the tooth (enamel)

Taking care of your mouth starts at an early age and lasts a lifetime.
