Support for Community Water Fluoridation 

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has recognized water fluoridation as one of the 10 great public health achievements of the 20th century. While the World Health Organization notes that "the consensus among dental experts is that fluoridation is the single most important intervention to reduce dental caries (decay)." 

The safety and efficacy of water fluoridation has been frequently studied and continues to be supported by current science. Community water fluoridation benefits an entire community.
