How do I register for a course?
Clicking on "Register" for any course listed on the CE Portal. Complete the information requested including payment using a secure third party provider. For industry sponsored courses, subscribers will be directed to the sponsor's website to register.
How much do courses cost?
As a not for profit society, BCDA Practice Series course pricing is determined on a cost recovery basis. Individual course prices are determined by various factors. Discounts for various subscriber groups may also be offered.
Can I still register for a course if it has already begun?
Subscribers can register for on demand courses,
including tutorials, at any time.
These courses are reviewed every 3 years to ensure the course content is current. Subscribers are notified within six
months if a course will expire and become unavailable.

Can I get a refund if I can't take a course?
Live online/Virtual Study Groups/In person - Cancellation requests will be honoured if received by email no less than 30 days prior to the course delivery date. A credit minus a 15% administration fee based on the course price will be applied to the subscriber's debit or credit card depending on the original payment method. No refunds will be provided with less than 30 days notice prior to the course date or first session of a series.
Sponsored speakers or study clubs - cancellation requests will be handled by the course sponsor or the mentor.
On demand - there are no refunds unless the course has been removed from the Portal before the learner completes the course. If a course is not completed after the six month expiry notice has been provided, there will be no refund.
