Dentists residing outside BC qualify for the affiliate category provided they can prove they are:
Licensed to practice outside BC, or
Retired from practice outside BC, or
Unable to practise due to permanent or long-term disability outside of BC
Dentists holding 'limited volunteer' registration with the CDSBC
