The Brush to Win elementary school contest encourages students to brush their teeth twice a day, and to track their progress on a Brush to Win calendar for the month of April.
At the end of the month students submit their completed calendar to their teacher for a chance to win their school one of five $1,000 prizes.
Caring for a child’s mouth can be a challenge, but it is important to make brushing part of their daily routine from an early age; brushing twice a day is a simple step to help keep those baby teeth clean and healthy and to avoid cavities – a good thing when you consider that they can remain until kids are 13 or 14!
Parents, caregivers, and teachers can challenge children to make dental care part of their routine by brushing twice daily for a full month and tracking their progress on the downloadable calendar.
